This story happened when a gamer who loved playing Pokémon Red felt like he was being stalked by Pokémon, but in real life. All of the Pokémon he came across were all gengars. No matter how much he tried, he’d always come across one. And whenever he tried to catch one, he failed. And whenever he defeated a gengar, it would always say, “Leave now, or suffer.”
He decided to stop playing the game to get some rest. When he tried to fall asleep, he saw his Gameboy light up. When he went to check, he noticed a pair of big red eyes and a glowing smile staring back at him from the corner of his room.
Terrified, he closed his eyes and went to turn on the light. Unfortunately, he tripped, breaking his ankle in the process. Then in the darkness, he sees his Gameboy light up. A text box appears in front of a gengar that said, “I guess you chose suffer”.
